Edit video for 5 night side newscasts each lasting an hour at KDVR Fox31. Work with producers, reporters etc. to create visually appealing and compelling stories about the community. Edit both short tease videos and preshows to longer informative packages and specials.

Reporter/Production Assistant

April 2016 - April 2018

Host and reporter for The Centre of It All; a lifestyle and entertainment show based out of WHVL-TV in State College. Enterprise up all my own story ideas. Shoot, edit and write to video to create visually compelling pieces about the community. Stage Manager for live minor league baseball broadcasts and the filming of the Penn State football show: The Blue White Tailgate. Assist in the setup and strike of life high school football.

Internship

May 2015 - July 2015

Intern for the lifestyle and entertainment show; Good Things Utah on ABC4 - KTVX in Salt Lake City. Write promotions, web stories and assist the crew with setup. Enterprise, research, write and produce 2-3-minute segments for the show. Microphone checks on set during commercial breaks, timed out segments, equipment setup, review talking points with hosts to achieve a smooch show everyday.
